Headlines Client Guidelines, Boundaries and Procedures
No-Shows - Not showing up for an appointment without a 24-hour notice could result in being asked to pay for 100% of all services
pre-booked to be paid before another appointment can be booked.
Beginning November 1, 2026, due to rising credit card processing fees, we must add a 3% convenience charge to all credit card purchases. Avoid these fees by paying with cash or check. We appreciate your understanding and support.
Late Arrival - Please call ahead if you are running behind. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean a reschedule or considered a no show.
Children - As we are concerned with you and your children's safety, we strictly prohibit unsupervised children in the salon.
