Headlines Client Guidelines, Boundaries and Procedures
No-Shows - Not showing up for an appointment without a 24-hour notice could result in being asked to pay for 100% of all services prebooked to be paid before another appointment can be booked.
Late Arrival - Please call ahead if you are running behind. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean a reschedule or considered a no show.
Children - As we are concerned with you and your children's safety, we strictly prohibit unsupervised children in the salon.
